How do I create an Account?
You will need a contact person within your company to verify if you can get access to our facilities. For that purpose, your name, role, phone number and email address are shared with Translink. For more information, check our Privacy Statement
With your account you'll get access to:
- Product definition pages
As a Public Transport Operator you'll get access to the product definition pages which contain usage information on the various products.
- API Reference
As a Public Transport Operator you'll get access to the API Reference documentation.
Create an account for a team member
If you are a contact person, you can request accounts for your team members.
To create an account for a team member, press the button below. You, as contact person of a Public Transport Operator (PTO), have a contact person at Translink (Service Manager), the Translink Service Manager will arrange access for the Translink Developer Portal.
Optional is ServiceNow, our digital helpdesk for getting access to The Translink Developer Portal or Test environments, or when you have a critical or non-critical question about an API or Product.
Per team member, access will be checked and granted by Translink. The Service Manager will notify the PTO contact person. Changes or terminating access works the same way.
